HJZ LASER 6–7 Month Performance PK Successfully Concluded: Hard Work Brings Rewards
From June to July, HJZ LASER successfully held a two-month performance PK challenge designed to motivate our team, strengthen teamwork, and encourage everyone to achieve higher goals.
During the two-month competition, our team members actively took on challenges, followed up with customers, pushed projects forward, and worked hard to achieve their targets. Every customer follow-up, every opportunity, and every order represented the team’s dedication and effort.
Competing with Passion, Growing Together
The performance PK was not only a competition based on sales results, but also an opportunity for everyone to challenge themselves, improve their execution, and discover their potential.
There was competition, but also teamwork and mutual support. Throughout the challenge, team members encouraged each other and worked together toward their goals.
Rewarding Effort and Celebrating Success
After the PK activities, HJZ LASER prepared different rewards for employees based on their performance, including gifts, team dinners, and spa & massage experiences.
These rewards were more than just gifts. They represented the company’s recognition of everyone’s hard work and dedication.
The team dinner gave everyone the opportunity to relax, enjoy good food, and celebrate the results together. The spa and massage experience allowed our team members to take a break, relieve stress, and recharge after two months of intense work.
